Our pricing promise

Our approach to treatment is ‘people first’. We focus on modern, effective and affordable solutions, with clinical excellence and patient outcomes at the heart of everything we do.

Our protocol makes the patient our priority, with a treatment pathway that removes diagnosis uncertainty, guarantees results and ensures world class clinical outcomes with a fully inclusive aftercare offering.

No risk consultation

• Removing barriers for those seeking improved venous health is core to our beliefs
• If, following an appointment and scan, you are not suitable for treatment or decide not to proceed, you will not be charged. We will provide advice on alternative treatment pathways and will write to your GP with our assessment if necessary
• We are able to offer this because, unlike national chains, our vascular surgeons are involved at the very start of the triaging process

Treatment guarantee

• We guarantee that every vein we treat with EVLA will be closed
• A second scan at your follow up appointment will be used to confirm successful treatment
• If, for any reason, the vein has not been successfully treated then we will re-treat you free of charge

Clinical excellence

• Diagnosis and surgery is performed exclusively by consultant vascular surgeons, enabling us to build on the NICE techniques approved by the NHS to offer a world class service
• Unlike some national chains we do not utilise nursing staff or interventional radiologists to diagnose or perform EVLA treatments. This means we can offer the full range of options (such as avulsions) which are driven by patient outcomes rather than limitations in clinical expertise

All-inclusive aftercare

• Our transparent fixed pricing includes a comprehensive aftercare plan that will cover all of your follow-up needs
• Our EVLA treatments include a follow-up consultation, with a second duplex scan to confirm treatment success and additional foam sclerotherapy if required
• EVLA customers are also entitled to a further foam sclerotherapy session if needed to ensure the best possible clinical outcome
• We do not charge extra for compression stockings, believing they should be included as part of the world class care we offer

EVLA (including foam sclerotherapy) prices

This is the most common treatment pathway for those with visible varicose veins (~90% of cases).

Our price includes EVLA to treat the underlying cause, plus up to 3 foam sclerotherapy sessions for peace of mind (the majority of patients achieve required results with 2 sessions of foam sclerotherapy) 

Foam sclerotherapy prices

If no venous reflux is found in a deep or perforating vein then foam sclerotherapy may be the most appropriate treatment option (~10% of cases).

Our price covers 3 foam sclerotherapy sessions for peace of mind (the majority of patients achieve required results with 2 sessions of foam sclerotherapy)

Microsclerotherapy / ThermaVein prices

For treatment of spider veins on the face or other sensitive areas of the body then microsclerotherapy or ThermaVein is often the most appropriate treatment. Note that you will still undergo a scan at your initial consultation as spider veins can be an early indicator of venous insufficiency.

Our price covers the initial consultation, scan and treatment, along with a follow up session to confirm results and carry out another session of treatment if required.

Other treatment prices

Ancillary treatment options may be advised by your surgeon at the time of your consultation depending on your specific requirements.

Requirement for any additional treatments will be discussed with you and an overall price confirmed prior to treatment to allow you to make a fully informed decision.
